A Sacred Awakening: Transforming Humanity’s Relationship with the Natural World
Our world is at an inflection point, where we are confronted with ecological collapse, unsustainable food systems, and spiritual malnutrition. The Fetzer Institute, in partnership with Mad Agriculture, invites you to a genuine dialogue on a Sacred-centered Worldview Transformation.
The launch of this strategy for the environment sector will explore how reconnecting with the natural world, holistic agriculture, and each other in sacred reciprocal relationships can address the polycrisis our world is experiencing. We will gather indigenous elders, regenerative farmers, and wisdom keepers for sacred ritual as well as candid conversation. Centering our relationship with the natural world in kinship - not as resources to be extracted - can unlock drivers of change, transform systems, and alter widespread practices, including regenerative ways of growing food. A sacred-centered worldview infuses sustainability frameworks and data points with positive outcomes.
This program will combine sacred storytelling with tangible, beneficial impacts and welcome participants to seek spiritual solutions for seemingly intractable problems.
(Space is limited—request your invitation to this intimate and experiential gathering and help kindle a sacred relationship with the natural world.)
