DAA Regulatory Consultation Forum (Members Only)

​The Digital Assets Association (DAA) will be convening a closed-door Regulatory Consultation Forum exclusively for members.

​This session is designed to gather structured industry feedback on Singapore’s digital assets regulatory landscape, with the objective of compiling and submitting consolidated recommendations to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) for consideration.

​As the digital assets ecosystem continues to evolve, clarity, consistency, and practical implementation of regulatory frameworks remain critical. This forum provides a platform for industry participants to:

• ​Share feedback on existing regulatory frameworks and areas requiring greater clarity

• ​Highlight operational challenges and friction points faced by market participants

• ​Propose constructive recommendations to enhance Singapore’s position as a leading digital assets hub

• ​Ensure that innovation is supported alongside strong standards of governance, risk management, and consumer protection

​This will be the first structured consultation initiative led by DAA, marking an important step in strengthening industry-regulator engagement.

​Discussion points will include both pre-identified topics raised by the DAA Executive Committee, as well as additional inputs from members. All feedback will be carefully compiled, synthesised, and presented to MAS in a structured format.

​This session is strictly closed-door to ensure candid, high-quality dialogue among industry participants.
