​Mystery Wine Tasting

​A guided wine tasting built around perception, conversation, and discovery.

​You’ll begin with one mystery wine. Taste it quietly, take notes on what you notice, then move around the room to find the others who tasted the same wine.

​A social tasting format designed to explore how differently people experience the same wine, while naturally meeting others in the room.

​After matches are found, we open the table and explore all three wines together in a relaxed, social format, with bites to share throughout the evening.

​The Format

• ​Guests start individually with one wine.

• ​You’ll use a guided tasting sheet to note aromas, texture, intensity, and standout impressions. Then you’ll walk around comparing notes to discover who had the same wine.

• ​Once the matching round is complete, pours of all three wines are served and introduced one by one.

• ​The wines remain anonymous during the matching round and are revealed later in the evening.

​The Wines

• ​Three wines with a spring scent from Catalunya, curated by Next Tasting.

• ​Expect aromas of seasonal fruits and veggies, and characterful, low-intervention producers.

• ​Each wine is introduced and discussed once the mystery unfolds.

​The Table

​A long central tasting table prepared for the evening, set up for grazing and sharing as you taste.

​Expect a selection of:
• cheeses
• cured meats
• olives and nuts
• seasonal elements
• chocolate

​Group Size & Atmosphere

• ​Limited to 20 guests.

• ​A small group format that keeps the room social, comfortable, and easy to move through.

​Photos & Content

• ​Photos may be taken during the event for social media and community use.

• ​By purchasing a ticket, you agree that you may appear in this content.

• ​If you prefer not to be photographed, let us know on arrival and we will respect it.

​Refund Policy

• ​Tickets are non-refundable.

• ​If you are unable to attend, tickets can be transferred to someone else.

• ​Please let us know in advance so we can update the guest list.
