CIRIS: An Open-Source Ethical AI Governance Framework
Every AI governance framework tells you to trust it. CIRIS tells you to verify it.
Eric Moore will demo CIRISAgent, an open-source AI governance framework built on a 22-service microarchitecture where every decision is cryptographically signed, every reasoning step is inspectable, and the agent can explain exactly why it did what it did or why it refused.
You'll see the live cognitive pipeline (THINK, CONTEXT, DMA, IDMA, SELECT, ETHICS, ACT) in action, watch five-layer cryptographic attestation make honesty the path of least computational resistance, and see real deployments running on Android, iOS, desktop, and resource-constrained hardware, all within a 228MB memory footprint.
If you've ever wondered what it would look like to build AI that treats transparency as architecture rather than a talking point, this is the demo.
This event is hosted in the Teamworking by TechNexus space. Upon arrival, guests can come directly to the 12th floor—no need to check in at the lobby. The reception team will be there to greet you and help guide you to your room.
Parking & Transportation
The Civic Opera Building does not have a dedicated parking lot. There is limited metered parking nearby. We recommend using iParkit or SpotHero to find discounted parking options. The CME Building (10 S. Wacker) is the nearest parking garage, with several additional garages located within a two-block radius.
The venue location is highly walkable and conveniently situated near multiple CTA train lines and bus stops, making it easy to access via public transportation.
