Sarah, the founder of The Mindful Tech Club, will help you create your set (mind) and setting to create creative flow for 2 hours:
10:15–10:30 AM: Sarah will lead you through a grounding exercise to set a clear intention, silence digital distractions, and declutter your physical space
10:30–11:20 AM: Focused work session
11:20–11:30 AM: Bio break: stretch, move, and avoid checking your phone
11:30–12:20 PM: Focused work session
12:20–12:30 PM: Bio break: stretch, move, and avoid checking your phone
12:30–1:00 PM: Network with others, share what you’re working on, and explore challenges around tech use
