Co-Learning AI Labs for Gen X Women

​Curious about AI but not interested in becoming an AI expert?

​This small, hands-on Co-Learning Lab is for Gen X women who want to get more comfortable actually using AI, not just hearing about it. Together, we’ll try tools, ask questions, compare what works and what doesn’t, and explore where AI might genuinely be useful in our everyday lives.

​What we’ll do

​This won’t be a presentation where you sit and listen. You’ll have time to experiment with AI yourself, with Elizabeth there to guide the conversation, offer ideas, troubleshoot, and learn alongside you.

​We’ll explore practical uses that may include work, planning, writing, creativity, organization, family life, and the everyday mental load. We’ll also talk about where AI falls short, when not to use it, and the questions these tools raise.

​Who it’s for

​You do not need to be “good at AI.” You might use ChatGPT regularly, have tried it a few times, or still be wondering what all the fuss is about.

​Bring your laptop, your questions, and something you’d like to figure out, make easier, or experiment with.

​Why only 10 women?

​Because this is a Lab. The small group gives everyone room to try things, ask questions, share discoveries, and get individual help.
