Hosted by Rox and Valeria, in collaboration with Generalist World, this event creates space to explore these questions together.
We’ll begin with a few short perspectives drawing on research and real experiences to set the scene, before inviting attendees into a facilitated conversation.

About your hosts
Rox is the founder of Neuryz, an interdisciplinary research platform at the intersection of AI and cognition. Drawing on a background in neuroscience and organisational behaviour, her work explores how AI is reshaping human judgement and agency.
Valeria is an EMCC-accredited leadership coach and founder of Coaching Stream, with a background spanning over a decade in financial services across a life lived in four countries. She helps people close the gap between wanting to lead and being ready for it, building the skills the role demands alongside the harder question of what they actually want from their career.
