■ Kaia について
Kaiaは、LINEメッセンジャーおよびカカオトークのブロックチェーン事業を基盤として誕生した、アジア市場を中心とするEVM互換Layer1ブロックチェーンです。高速なトランザクション確定性能やガス代委任（Gas Delegation）機能などを強みとしており、一般ユーザーでも利用しやすいブロックチェーン環境を構築しています。近年は、ステーブルコインを活用した決済・送金・清算・FX・RWA（実物資産トークン化）など、オンチェーン金融インフラ領域へとエコシステムを拡大しています。

■ About Kaia
Kaia is an EVM-compatible Layer 1 blockchain focused primarily on the Asian market, built on the blockchain businesses of LINE Messenger and KakaoTalk. Its key strengths include fast transaction finality and Gas Delegation functionality, enabling a blockchain environment that is accessible even to general users.
In recent years, Kaia has been expanding its ecosystem into the on-chain financial infrastructure space, including payments, remittances, settlements, FX, and RWA (real-world asset tokenization) powered by stablecoins. Hailey Yang is the Business Development Manager at Kaia, a Layer 1 blockchain focused on building a regulation-aligned digital asset ecosystem in Asia.
Before joining Kaia, she worked as a journalist covering Japan’s Web3 policies and digital asset regulations. During the launch of the global conference WebX in 2023, she introduced related developments in Japan to the Korean market.
In 2025, she delivered presentations at the Korean National Assembly to policymakers and industry stakeholders on the overview of Japan’s digital asset market. She also participated in the Digital Asset Committee established under Assemblyman Min Byung-deok of the Democratic Party.
Leveraging her experience in both the Japanese and Korean markets, she plays a role in facilitating communication and collaboration between the two countries within Asia’s digital asset ecosystem.
