​We're taking a small group of Europe's most hands-on CTOs on a field trip to NorthC — inside the kind of place most people only see from the keynote stage. Same room you trust, different setting. Less table, more terrain.

​The centrepiece: a discussion with Berry Langerak, CTO of Tilaa — a real builder going deep with the room on running infrastructure at scale, where it breaks, and what's coming next. No panel performing. No vendor pitching. Just builders trading scars and strong opinions, somewhere that actually earns the conversation.
