Come refresh your wardrobe without spending a dime, meet some wonderful humans, and practice getting clearer on what’s actually a YES for you.
This isn’t just a clothing swap. It’s a playful community gathering and an experiment in listening to your body, trusting your own knowing, and practicing abundance—in the very low-stakes laboratory of deciding whether that fabulous jacket actually belongs in your closet.
Your host, Rachel Zurer, is a life coach who helps overachievers get out of their heads, hear themselves more clearly, and create lives that feel genuinely good to them. She’s been hosting these gatherings at yoga studios and private homes in Lafayette, and is bringing the swap to Arvada for the first time!
We’ll start by dropping in together, connecting as a group, and setting an intention for the afternoon. Then Rachel will guide a short Whole Body Yes practice to help you tune into the felt difference between a true YES, a no, and all those tempting “maybe I should…”s in between.
Then we swap!
Bring a bag of gently loved clothes that are ready for a new home, and take whatever genuinely delights you. It’s an experiment in abundance: releasing what’s no longer for you, receiving what is, and trusting there’s enough to go around.
And if you don't have much to give away, come anyway. This is a receiving practice, too.
