About Event

As feminist artists, social workers, and members of associations and communities, we are often called to make decisions together. Have you ever noticed unspoken dynamics shaping your group’s process? Are all voices given space, or do some perspectives remain on the margins?

This workshop offers an accessible and reflective space to examine how inclusion, exclusion, and power dynamics can show up within our circles. Through a gentle embodied welcome, theoretical inputs on group dynamics and decision-making, and a participatory facilitation practice—"Margini e Mainstream"—we will explore which values and beliefs occupy the center or periphery in your groups. This approach, rooted in feminist, decolonial, and antiracist practice, helps make visible the often invisible patterns that shape belonging and participation.

No previous experience needed—just openness and curiosity. Let’s reflect, discuss, and transform together to cultivate mutuality.
