About the Facilitator
Wilson Kwan is the founder of Kwantum Advisory Inc. (“KAI”), a boutique financial advisory firm headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada primarily to help early-stage, high-growth businesses both in Canada and globally. He is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant and has over a decade of professional services experience in deals and financial advisory, corporate strategy and accounting and was most notably a former Vice President with PwC's deal advisory team.
Since launching KAI, he has specialized in Fractional CFO and Interim Management services assisting companies through growth, expansion, capital raising, due diligence support, and all things accounting-related. His industry experience spans technology, cybersecurity, digital healthcare, real estate, blockchain & crypto, and infrastructure, to list a few.
