Jocelyn Byrne Houle, Senior Director of Product Management, Securiti
Jocelyn Byrne Houle is a senior product leader at Securiti, the Unified Data Controls company, where she drives product strategy across complex, regulated environments. Previously, she served as an Operating Partner at Capital One Ventures focused on data and AI, and held senior product leadership roles at Capital One, Microsoft, and Fannie Mae. A multi-time founder and Georgetown McDonough alumna, Jocelyn also hosts the Software Engineering Daily podcast.

Karen Snow is CEO of Rose & Co. Capital Advisors, a capital markets advisory firm serving private and public companies navigating growth, liquidity, and strategic inflection points. Previously, Karen was Global Head of Listings at Nasdaq, where she oversaw more than 2,000 IPOs, 200 listing transfers, and over $2 trillion in market capitalization—achieving an 83% IPO win rate.
