Khatija Aslam : Founder of Moxy, rethinking how women grow at work. By day, Global Marketing Lead at Zespri, where she pioneered a job-sharing model.
Camilla Raj : VP at DBS Bank and founder of ATH.ISA Sound Wellness, a practice that started as a passion and now earns on par with her corporate salary.
Pei Chan : Nearly 20 years in global hedge funds before discovering breathwork. Now a certified therapist and founder of two wellness brands, We Shut It and Inmispace.
Sheena Ang : Educator and mother of two, by day at NTUC First Campus. Alongside that, building a coaching practice for individuals, couples and teams.
Tam Nguyen : Started with her family business and has since built three income streams: a global e-commerce consultancy, side ventures, and a rental property.
About the format:
5-minute takes is a new Podium format, and this is its first run. Five women. Five minutes each. Each speaker chooses how they want to present. What stays consistent is the brief: one personal, honest account of how they built income beyond a single paycheck. What shifted, what they built, what was hard.
It's intentionally simple so the stories can be the key anchor.

Five short, honest talks from women who built something alongside their main career : consulting, investing, side businesses, creative work, unconventional paths
Open conversation after, so you can follow up with the speakers or anyone else in the room
A relaxed space to connect with women who are asking the same questions you are - this is not a panel or lecture
