Each evening tackles one idea. This first one is about what it means when strategy is coming alive.

​Strategy has always been something you write down and leave to age. You produce the deck, you agree the plan, and then the world keeps moving while the document sits still. Capable AI changes that. Strategy can now sense, adapt, and respond much closer to real time, behaving less like a fixed artifact and more like a living system.
