​Governance Lab is a free virtual lunch-and-learn for higher-education leaders navigating AI governance, academic integrity, and institutional risk. Hosted by Susan Diaz (CEO, Northlight AI & Instructor, York University) and Prof. Eugene Chan (Founder, Behavieural & Van Norman Chair of Business, Tyndale University), this informal session brings together academic, legal, IT, administrative, and student-success perspectives to talk through where AI policy and AI practice are diverging on campus — and what institutions are actually doing about it. No pitch, no homework: just a candid conversation among peers facing the same gap.
