A creative exploration of Persephone

​Persephone — the maiden and the queen, the one who walks between two worlds. She is the girl gathering flowers in a sunlit meadow, and she is the crowned ruler of the underworld. She is the daughter who is taken, who descends, who returns each spring with the blossoms. Her symbols speak her double nature: the pomegranate whose seeds bind her to the darkness below, the narcissus flower that lured her away, the crown of the underworld queen, the first green shoot of spring. She is the goddess of the in-between — between maiden and queen, above and below, passivity and power. Step into the realm of Persephone and the wisdom of the one who has been to the depths and come back, bearing the seeds of renewal.

​⭐Go through a guided meditation or exercise to enter in the Goddess' realm

​⭐Have a conversation about the Goddess and her archetype

​⭐Create your own collage inspired by prompts and the things we learnt
