A certified yoga teacher (E-RYT 200), Reiki Master, and energy healing practitioner, Cynthia blends practical coaching with spiritual support, meditation, breathwork, and yoga. She works with professionals in transition, neurodivergent adults and their families, couples experiencing infertility, and those navigating illness, loss, or profound change — helping them find steadiness, clarity, and a sense of inner strength during uncertain or pivotal moments.
