🧾 領収書・インボイス（適格請求書）について
一般社団法人FlutterKaigiは適格請求書発行事業者として登録しています（登録番号：T3011005009808）。 Lumaから発行される領収書には、登録番号・適用税率・消費税額が記載されており、そのままインボイス制度に対応した領収書（適格簡易請求書）としてご利用いただけます。別途の適格請求書の発行は行っておりませんので、経理ご担当者様へは Luma の領収書をご提出ください。
領収書の発行方法
Luma の決済履歴画面を開く
該当の決済の右側に表示される「…」（3点リーダー）から「領収書を作成」を選ぶ
宛名を変更したい場合 Luma の設定でアカウント名を一時的に変更してから領収書を作成すると、その名前が宛名として印字されます。作成後はアカウント名を元に戻してください。
お問い合わせの前に インボイス登録の有無や領収書の記載内容については、まず発行された領収書をご確認ください。上記の方法で発行した領収書に登録番号や税額の記載がない場合のみ、決済日・お名前・不足している項目を添えて主催までご連絡ください。

💡【リアルタイム同時配信はありません】
「あの場にいた人だけが持ち帰れる熱狂」を大切にするため、当日のライブ配信は実施しません（※アーカイブ動画は後日公開予定です）。ぜひスケジュールを確保して会場へお越しください。
🍱【お弁当の提供はありません】
本イベントではランチ用のお弁当提供を行いません。お昼はぜひ、浜松町周辺の美味しい飲食店を開拓してみてください！
🍻【懇親会は 2日目、早めにスタートします】
最終日 2日目の夕方から、密度の高い交流時間を確保するために早期開催します。たくさん飲んで、たくさん語り合いましょう。

Engineers meeting across borders. The kind of energy that only travels in person. And the new connections that come out of it.
Two days with all the energy of a school festival — the kind where nobody is just in the audience. Come build them with us!

Prices are shown excluding tax. Japan's consumption tax (10%) applies on top.
🧾 Receipts and Qualified Invoices (Japan's Invoice System)
FlutterKaigi, General Incorporated Association is a registered qualified invoice issuer under Japan's invoice system (Registration No. T3011005009808). Receipts issued through Luma include our registration number, the applicable tax rate, and the consumption tax amount, so they can be used as qualified invoices as they are. We do not issue separate invoices, so please submit the Luma receipt to your accounting department.
How to issue a receipt
Open the payment history screen in Luma.
Click the three-dot menu (…) on the right side of the relevant payment and select "Create receipt."
Changing the recipient name Temporarily change your account name in Luma's settings before creating the receipt, and that name will be printed as the recipient. Please restore your account name afterwards.
Before contacting us For questions about our invoice registration or the contents of a receipt, please check the receipt issued through the steps above first. Contact the organizers only if a receipt issued this way is missing the registration number or tax amount, and include the payment date, your name, and the missing item.

Please be sure to read the following.
💡【There is no live streaming】
We will not stream the sessions, because we want to protect the kind of excitement that only the people in the room get to take home. (※ We plan to publish archive videos at a later date.) Please block out the dates and join us on site.
🍱【Boxed lunches are not provided】
We do not provide boxed lunches at this event. Please use the lunch break to discover the great places to eat around Hamamatsucho!
🍻【The after-party starts early on Day 2】
On the evening of Day 2, the final day, we start early so there is plenty of time to talk. Come have a drink and talk for as long as you like.
