SDFCG Annual Meeting
We will hold our St. David's Foundation Community Garden Annual Meeting on Aug 8, 2026 from 9am to 12pm and will have an optional pot luck social following the meeting.
The meeting is REQUIRED for all gardeners.
This is an important time fro us to review our progress towards the goals that we set last year, reaffirm our garden values, and plan for our 2026-2027 Garden season.
Please RSVP to this invite ASAP. All gardeners that cannot attend will be required to fill out an absence form and survey to share your voice on some of the key topics we'll cover in the meeting.
Details on the agenda and other plans will be coming soon. Please email the garden admin address if you have suggestions or can help facilitate any of the sessions. The work group leaders have already received and email and should be reaching out to each of you about plans for their committee updates.
Thanks for prioritizing making this meeting. We know everyone is busy with a lot of things. Being a member of the Community Garden should be a commitment that you are dedicating time and energy to. Attending this meeting is an important part of that commitment.
We'll also make sure we have childcare for families who have young kids. Let us know if you need any other special arrangements.
