Innovators Lunch: Franken-Bots & Practical Prompts
Hunter iF Innovators Lunch | Franken-bots and Practical Prompts
There’s using AI. Then there’s building with it.
Most people are using AI to tidy up their emails. A smaller group are using it to build things. This lunch is about closing that gap whilst remaining deeply human. No slides about large language models. No theory rabbit holes. Just makers, ideas, and a community that builds better together.
Calling the tinkerers already shipping, and the thinkers unsure where to start. This May we’re convening to take the AI conversation from “What if?” to “yes, and…”.
The Details

Lightning Demos
Local innovators. Five minutes each. Showing off what they're actually shipping, from serious productivity tools to weird, off-the-wall apps. Led by Nick Stevens from I2N, who’s pre-accelerator programs and packed-out AI workshops have put him in the room with more ideas, experiments, successes and failures than most. He knows where the interesting builders are hiding and he's lifting the lid on their latest creations. Come for the demos; leave with ideas scribbled on your napkin.
Fireside Chat
A conversation between two people who've stopped waiting for AI to mature and started building with it. Baidy Barton turned 15+ years of revenue leadership into Tailwind, an AI-powered sales assistant for founders who'd rather be building than chasing proposals. James MacDonald has spent years at the coalface of the Hunter's tech community as the Managing Director of NTP Talent and host of the Building Tech Teams podcast. James has placed the people, backed the start-ups, and worked with the tech leaders rewriting the entire playbook. Two different vantage points, one honest conversation about what's actually happening on the ground.
Controlled Collision
Zara Crichton has spent 20+ years turning ambitious ideas into globally investable assets. She knows better than anyone that the best collisions happen when you put the right people in the same room and ignite a spark. This May she'll be doing exactly that. Expect the kind of audience participation that generates enough electricity to raise a Franken-Bot to life. Things could get weird. We're counting on it.
