See How AI Sees Your Brand - and Fix It Live
What do ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity actually think your business does, and who do they recommend instead of you?
Apply with your website and we analyse it before the day: how AI describes you, and how it positions your brand and products to buyers across your category.
You arrive to your own results on screen and spend the hour working on them, with ex-Google founders Rushana Maksudova and David Andersen and a support team on the floor. You'll see how AI answers the questions your buyers actually ask, at every stage from early research to the shortlist, across the segments and angles that matter in your category. Where you're recommended, where you're not, and who gets named instead. Then you'll find the gaps costing you, and start fixing the top 3-5 in the room.
Real businesses, real problems, genuine progress made in the room.
What you'll leave with
How AI positions your brand and products to buyers across your category
The questions where you lose, and who gets recommended instead
Your visibility gaps, specific to your business
The top 3-5 actions to close them, ranked
The first of those actions underway before you leave the room
Format
Hands-on working session, structured around getting the work done. Participants work on their own business in the room.
Who it's for
Founders and marketers at businesses with a live website and some traction - revenue or funding, a team, and at least one acquisition channel that works. Skewed toward mid-stage over idea-stage, because the analysis needs something real to work with.
How to take part
Register your interest and tell us the website you want to work on. Accepted businesses are analysed ahead of the day. Capacity is capped so there is enough help on the floor for everyone to make genuine progress, and there is a waitlist if we fill.
Preparation
Bring a laptop. Come ready to work on your actual business.
Speakers
Rushana Maksudova - Co-Founder and CEO, BrandViz.AI
At Google, Rushana designed and led training for over 500 developers across ten global offices. She has spent years since teaching across both technical and non-technical contexts, from developer training to international workshops with non-expert audiences, and is known for making complex topics click. She now helps Australian and international businesses understand and act on the shift from traditional search to AI-driven discovery. Based in Brisbane.
David Andersen - Co-Founder and CTO, BrandViz.AI
At Google, David specialised in network modelling, unsupervised learning and risk analysis, shipping ML systems years before AI became fashionable. He now leads AI and engineering at BrandViz.AI, an end-to-end platform helping brands from scaleups to global enterprise get found and recommended across ChatGPT, Gemini and other major AI engines - the channel through which a growing share of the world now researches and decides what to buy.
The Startup Growth Lab is 2-days of practical workshops, live demos and real conversations, part of Spark Festival at UTS, 23-24 September 2026.
