Notes on Repair: A Book Exchange
Join STILL GOOD and ACF for a community book exchange at Dear Friends! This book exchange will center around the theme of repair: what it means to you, how we mend, and books that interpret repair in its many forms.
A curated selection of books will be available for unwrapping, with a guided conversation around repair. Join us on the patio for a candle-lit evening, a glass of wine, and a good book.
Bring a friend, meet a new one - we can't wait to see you there!

Please be sure to arrive by 6:45pm as this is when we’ll unwrap books together.
Note: no need to bring any books with you. If you’d like to donate books for a future event, we’d happily accept a maximum of 3!
About STILL GOOD: STILL GOOD is a community-led initiative, focused on sharing what we already have.
To help bridge the gap between accessibility and need, STILL GOOD provides local pick-up services to collect donations, and organizes free shops to redistribute them. By repurposing and re-homing everyday goods, we keep them in use, out of landfills, and in the hands of neighbors who need them.
About ACF: ACF is a circular design studio rooted in sensory experience and artful objects. With a focus on lifecycle design, ACF creates candles in handblown vessels to be upcycled and kept as everyday drinkware. Our work is guided by a life of inquiry: one that is deeply felt, tended to, and accompanied by the objects we keep close and the stories they hold.
