​This 2-hour closed-door session opens with parallel roundtables — one for retailers, one for CPGs, one for suppliers — each continuing the candid, peer-to-peer exchange that's defined this series, surfacing the latest bold moves, hard-won lessons, and unsolved challenges within their own tier of the value chain. The three groups then come together for a facilitated full food-system conversation, where retail, CPG, and supplier leaders confront the questions that only make sense to solve jointly: where Scope 3 targets collide, where incentives misalign, and where real collaboration — not just reporting — can unlock the next wave of progress.
