What to expect
Four floors. Four different creative spaces. One big GLIU create & connect afternoon 💙
For this special edition, we’re taking over all four floors of the beautiful, hidden gem - KRUUL and turning the space into a creative and social playground!
You’ll spend the afternoon moving through two different studio experiences, with a drinks and social break in between. Each space will have its own theme, materials and atmosphere.
Everything is designed to be beginner-friendly, and you don’t need any previous creative experience to join.
The final studio allocations and exact activity details are still being finalised, but here’s what we’re currently planning:
🏺 Clay Studio
Get hands-on with air-dry clay and create your own small decorative pieces.
Think trinket dishes, little sculptures, candle holders and other simple shapes, with paints and decorative details available to personalise your piece after baking.
🎨 Paint Studio
Take a seat at an easel, pick up a brush / markers and spend some time painting or drawing.
You’ll have a canvas, paints, other materials and plenty of inspiration available if you’re not sure where to start, while still having the freedom to create completely your own thing.
🍸 Cocktail & Social Lounge
A more social floor for mixing, sipping and chatting.
Take part in a relaxed cocktail/mocktail-making activity, learn a little about what goes into your drink, then settle in and enjoy it while meeting girls from the other studios.
Cocktails, mocktails and any other drinks are purchased separately from KRUUL and are not included in your free GLIU ticket.
🌸 Flower Studio
A floor dedicated to flowers, natural colour and botanical crafts.
We’re planning to experiment with natural fabric dyeing, using ingredients such as beetroot and red cabbage, with a small demonstration showing how the colours are created.
You’ll get pre-natural dyed fabric to decorate, with embroidery hoops / thread, flowers and other decorative elements available alongside inspiration. For embroidery, there will be someone to help you!
And....this studio will include a little throwback to one of the very first GLIU events: our Bouquet Picnic 💐
Just like before, we’ll bring flowers together and create little bouquets from the selection contributed by the girls. Therefore please don't forget to bring a small bunch of flowers - you can pick some up from Carrefour even as it doesn't need to be fancy!

How the afternoon will work
We’re planning for a maximum of 60 attendees, split across the four floors.
Each person will take part in two studio rotations during the afternoon.
Current schedule:
13:15–13:30
Arrival, check-in and drinks

GLIU welcome, games and introduction to the afternoon

Rotation 1
15:30–16:00
Drinks and social break
16:00–17:30

17:30–18:00

What you cover
All drinks are purchased separately from KRUUL, including cocktails or mocktails made as part of the Cocktail & Social Lounge experience.
Any other food, drinks or extras you choose to order are also at your own cost.

Cancellation policy
Spaces and craft materials are limited, so please only RSVP if you genuinely intend to attend.
If your plans change, please cancel your place at least 48 hours before the event so someone else can join and materials can be adjusted.
You can change your RSVP to Not Going through the Luma app or website.
If you don’t have a Luma account, use the Cancel my spot link in your confirmation email or cancel via WhatsApp:
2 repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations will affect your ability to RSVP for future limited-capacity GLIU events.
