Founder Inner Circle: From Overwhelm to Clarity is an interactive workshop for founders to slow down, reflect, and connect with other founders around the real emotional experience of building.
We’ll begin with a simple check-in and shared agreements, then move into a guided reflection on what you want to create, what you’re currently carrying, and what feels most challenging in your work right now.
This is not a talk, pitch event, or networking mixer. You’ll be invited to reflect, share in small groups, listen deeply, and explore what kind of leadership quality you need most in this season of your company.
The intention is to help founders move from scattered overwhelm into more clarity, resilience, and support — not by giving advice, but by creating space for honest reflection and founder-to-founder connection.
You’ll leave with a clearer sense of what matters now, what support you need, and what you’re taking with you into your leadership.
Sharing is optional. Presence, confidentiality, curiosity, and no selling are part of the space. Please arrive on time so we can begin together.
About the host
Nima Imani is an executive coach, founder of InsightsOut, and former tech leader/data scientist. He works with founders and leaders on the emotional side of building — overwhelm, uncertainty, cofounder dynamics, decision-making, and leading through change. His work combines coaching, emotional awareness, and a deep understanding of the founder journey.
