We open with a hands-on masterclass, then you choose how to spend the build time. Build something real, or work through how to bring AI into your business alongside other founders.

4:00pm — Choose your focus, what's worth building or implementing
4:30pm — Build and work time, developers in the room
7:30pm — Demos and showcase
7:45pm — Afterwork
Food and drinks run throughout. When we wrap, the afterwork begins, so you can keep connecting with the people you spent the day with.
