Overview:
Singapore’s economic success comes from its ability to read global trends early and build new growth engines. Today, with technology advancing quickly, supply chains shifting, and global competition increasing, business leaders want a clearer view of how Singapore will shape its next phase of economic strategy.
This panel brings together Mr Philip Yeo, who played a pivotal role in shaping Singapore’s early industrial development, alongside today’s leaders from the Economic Development Board and Enterprise Singapore who guide the nation’s industrial policy, innovation priorities and enterprise development. The discussion will examine how Singapore’s economic model has evolved from its formative years to the present and explore the strategic sectors and capabilities that will define the decade ahead, including advanced manufacturing, digital and data-driven technologies, sustainability, biomedical sciences and regional expansion.
