What you get: Your own DreamNudge workbook mailed to you, access to a video walkthrough from Amy (the creator), and four live weekly sessions to plan, reflect, and build momentum together.
Before your first session: Once you register, you'll receive your workbook in the mail and a short video from Amy walking you through how the system works. You'll complete the DreamLine — a guided exercise that takes your 10-year dream and traces it all the way down to your month goal - on your own at home, at your own pace.
Week 1 — March 31: You'll arrive ready to go. Together we'll take your DreamLine and turn it into a real plan: mapping your 1-month vision down to specific goals for your first week. This is where your dream stops being abstract and starts having a schedule.
Weeks 2–4: Each session follows the same rhythm: we open with a quick group review of the past week (what moved, what got stuck, what surprised you), then drop into a focused co-working session where you plan your goals for the week ahead: together, in real time, with accountability built in.
