A fluid, breath-led yoga practice designed to help you slow down and reconnect.

Mindful Flow Yoga guides you through a playful sequence of postures synchronised with your breath, creating space to tune into both body and mind. Ideal if you’re looking for a grounding reset in the middle of the week.
