Two Tracks. One Night. Build or Train.
A Madrid hackathon for builders and researchers who want to prove what's possible when you put AI tools in the hands of sharp people.
Track 1 — Ship It Build a full SaaS product from zero using agentic coding tools (Claude Code, OpenClaw). You've got hours, not months. Then pitch it to a panel of founders and operators.
Track 2 — Parameter Golf Fine-tune a language model using Karpathy's autoresearch framework with LoRA. Same dataset, same constraints; whoever trains the best model wins. Think competitive ML, stripped down to its purest form.
