About ARIA
ARIA - The Advanced Research + Invention Agency (ARIA) is a new UK R&D funding agency designed to unlock high-risk, high-impact scientific and technological breakthroughs for the benefit of all. It looks to fund and direct programmes that are based around a number of opportunity spaces, areas where breakthroughs in science and technology can make a huge impact on society but are currently unlikely to occur, either because the ideas are too speculative, too hard, or too interdisciplinary.
Prior to joining ARIA Ant spent 26 years at Microsoft Research in Cambridge.
Signup limits
We anticipate the talk to attract many people so due to the limits of the location we will place a 120 person limit on the number of spots. The spots are allocated on a first come first serve basis
