About Event

As financial institutions and policymakers explore digital currency infrastructure, privacy remains one of the most pressing design challenges. How can institutions operate securely and confidentially on public blockchains — without compromising transparency, compliance, or interoperability?

In this workshop, the Ethereum Foundation’s Institutional Privacy Task Force (IPTF) brings together leading researchers and ecosystem contributors to unpack the evolving landscape of privacy on public infrastructure. The session will cover emerging technologies enabling confidential transactions, selective disclosure, and privacy-preserving compliance — all within open, interoperable environments like Ethereum.

Speakers:

  • Oskar Thoren

  • Yanis Meziane

  • Aaryaman Sethi

  • Mo Jalil

The workshop is part of the Digital Euro Conference 2026, welcoming participants from central banks, financial institutions, and digital asset innovators exploring privacy-preserving financial infrastructure in Europe and beyond.
