​Leading a training for your company or customers? Facilitating a team lookback? Learn how to confidently design and run an effective, inclusive, and fun learning experience for any audience. Whether you’re leading something in-person or virtual, small group or lecture hall, formal or chill -- this session will cover tactical strategies and tools you can use right away, drawing from adult learning principles, professional development frameworks, and the mechanics of standup comedy (you read that correctly!). You’ll walk away better equipped to help your participants grow their skillset, embed what they’ve learned, and have a blast doing it.

​About the Host:

​Rachel is an operations team leader who has created and facilitated hundreds of workshops and trainings on topics ranging from sales enablement to data ethics to Microsoft Excel to “train-the-trainer”, for audiences across nonprofits, universities, startups, and consultancies. She believes that inclusive spaces for interactive learning are highly effective for upleveling teams, building collective efficacy, and fostering positive group dynamics — and she loves to bring a little laughter into the mix from her experience in comedy writing and performance.
