Relax & Restore: Yoga, Flower drawing, Sauna and Ice Bath for Creatives
Join CLBHUIS and Numa for a calming and grounding afternoon designed to help you reconnect with your body, breath, and inner creativity.
We will begin by softly arriving in the body and creating space to connect with ourselves and each other. We move into a 60-minute Relaxing Yoga session, taught by Numa Instructor, Cecilia.
Afterwards, we transition into a creative exercise. We will have some flowers for you to draw a still life of, encouraging presence and recognizing the beauty that's around you. This piece becomes a visual reminder of the positive energy you want to bring into your life. Then, you'll be able to hop in the Sauna and Ice Bath. This is an afternoon of movement, breath, creativity, and connection. ✨

Please aim to arrive 10 minutes early to get changed and settled.
