Founders Running Club :: Montreal
This is the Montreal chapter of Founders Running Club.
Our location will be the Lachine Canal close to Charlevoix metro. The meeting point is by the canal, not at the metro! We meet on the south side of the bridge near the Canadian flag.
Schedule:
11:00 AM: Arrival and round of introductions.
11:05 AM: Quick warm-up. Then group photo!
11:05-11:10 AM: Departure. There are two possible runs. 2k and 5k. The pace is conversational jogging (7 minutes per km).
11:30 AM: The run finishes on the north side of the bridge. We walk to the Atwater market for coffee, drinks, food, and anything else you want while networking. Hang out as long as you want.

Only in very poor weather, the event doesn't take place. If there is light rain, it's still going to happen!
You don't have to be a founder to join the event, but you should still have a positive view of entrepreneurship.
