About the Workshop Your body embodies a DNA helix. When you raise your arms overhead, you become DNA itself. One helical strand flows from your left big toe to your right index finger, while another spirals from your right big toe to your left index finger, creating intersecting pathways through your core.
This workshop guides you to discover the DNA helix within your body, develop presence through spiral awareness, explore helical movement patterns, generate flowing spirals, and ultimately create, feel, and experience your unique dance through your embodied DNA helix.
About the Facilitator Jacob Rafati, PhD in Computer Science specializing in AI, is the founder of Regenesis—an AI biotech startup focused on longevity.
This workshop is one of the longevity modalities, exploring healing and liberation through dance and flow. Jacob is a Brazilian Zouk dancer. Brazilian Zouk is a partner dance with a focus on deep connections, flow, emotions & radical self-expression.
