Frontier Founder Group Coaching & Peer Support

Building a company can be exciting—and deeply lonely. Some weeks, the hardest part is a strained relationship with a co-founder or team member. Other weeks, it is the uncertainty, overwhelm, and pressure of making decisions without having all the answers. This free weekly gathering gives founders a place to bring one real situation, receive coaching, learn from one another, and take a useful next step. Our conversations will explore two connected themes: Relationships under pressure: co-founder tension, team conflict, difficult conversations, trust, roles, boundaries, and working agreements. Clarity under pressure: uncertainty, overwhelm, competing priorities, difficult decisions, attention, energy, and finding a grounded way forward. This is not a lecture or a traditional networking event. It is a facilitated small-group coaching experience built around the real situations founders are navigating now. You are welcome to participate, receive coaching, offer thoughtful peer reflection, or simply listen. You do not need to share names or confidential company details. Come with a challenge, question, conversation, or decision you have been carrying. Leave with greater clarity, meaningful connection, and one next step you can act on. Facilitated by Nima Imani Nima Imani is a founder and leadership coach who helps founders and leaders navigate conflict, uncertainty, and difficult decisions. He is an ICF Associate Certified Coach, the founder of InsightsOut, and a former technology leader with more than a decade of experience across engineering, enterprise transformation, and customer advisory—including work at EY and Neo4j. Nima is also a founder navigating many of these questions himself. His work brings together human-centered coaching and a practical understanding of teams, technology, and organizational change. He creates space for people to slow down, see the pattern more clearly, and find an answer that genuinely belongs to them.
