About Event

We’re taking the Frontier Tower community out to the coastline for an evening reset as the sun drops over the Pacific. This session is designed as an accessible, open-ended blend of mobility work, light strength patterns, breathwork, and grounding practices that help residents shake off the week and settle into the evening.

No equipment is required—the sand, the ocean air, and the horizon do most of the work—but optional tools will be available for anyone who wants to elevate the experience. I’ll be bringing a curated selection from the mobile gym: Bulgarian bags, kettlebells, dumbbells, battle ropes, resistance bands, sliders, yoga mats, cones, and medicine balls.

I’ll also be providing healthy food to keep everyone fueled, grounded, and present throughout the evening.

As the sky shifts into sunset, the session transitions naturally into shared time around the fire. From dusk until 9:30 PM, the bonfire becomes the anchor point for conversation, connection, and a slower pace of community.

The goal is simple: touch earth together as the day closes.

We are transforming a 16-floor tower in San Francisco into a self-governed vertical village—a hub for frontier technologies and creative arts. Tier-one labs presenting AI, Ethereum, biotech, neuroscience, longevity, robotics, makerspace, human flourishing, and arts & music. These floors will house innovators and creators pushing the boundaries of human potential in a post-AI-singularity world.
