Journal Cafe with Natasha Deen
Join us for a guided group journaling experience designed to foster self-awareness, emotional processing, and personal growth in a supportive environment. Participants will receive a thoughtfully selected prompt from Deen Reflections to inspire reflection, insight, and meaningful writing.
In addition to journaling time, the session will include brief psychoeducation on the theme of the prompt — offering practical tools, psychological insights, and context to help deepen understanding and encourage healthy coping and self-discovery.
No prior journaling experience is needed. Just bring yourself, an open mind, and a willingness to reflect.
What to expect:
A guided journaling prompt
Quiet time for personal writing
Psychoeducation on the prompt topic
Optional group sharing and discussion
A supportive, judgment-free space
Come as you are and leave with greater clarity, insight, and connection.
