​Indoorsy Club is a monthly in-person therapeutic art workshop series for adult women+ dealing with loneliness, depression, and general life inertia, seeking social support and creative community.

​This workshop series is best for those already in 1:1 therapy who could benefit from a structured, prosocial, creative, and therapeutic experience outside of their home and their comfort zone.

​Each session will focus on a different art project and include art-making, conversation, processing, and discussion.

​May 2026: We will be creating miniature interior dioramas.
