About Event

The BC Innovation Coalition (BCIC) hosts a morning session on the technology speeding up housing delivery and stripping cost and delay out of the process.

Housing gets built too slowly and costs too much, and a lot of the drag is in the process, not the shovel. BCIC brings together companies working directly on that problem, each attacking a different point of friction in the housing system:

BCIC on a tool that maps the delivery of housing to help deal with hurdles before they become hurdles
Parametric Properties on a tool they've built to speed up how existing housing stock gets assessed

Two angles on the same problem: how you make housing delivery faster, and more efficient!
