Amit Parashar is the Co-Founder and CPO of Clairva. An experienced technologist with a strong background in AI/ML systems and large-scale product development, Amit leads Clairva’s engineering and product innovation efforts.
Andrew is CEO and Co-Founder of Opsis, developing multi-modal emotion AI solutions deployed across Singapore government agencies. With over 20 years in technology leadership, he previously led business development at ST Engineering for Smart Nation initiatives and founded SphereComm, which became SingTel's top SME partner. He specialises in translating AI research into practical government applications that combine psychology with computer vision.
Sing Chen is the Head of Machine Learning at Opsis, where he leads the development of Emotion AI systems that bridge neuroscience and artificial intelligence. He holds a PhD in cognitive neuroscience and brings over a decade of experience in both research and applied machine learning. Previously, he guided teams in translating scientific insights into AI solutions for healthcare and patient monitoring. At Opsis, his work advances emotionally intelligent AI to support critical applications in mental health, security, and human–AI interaction
Suresh is a Product Manager in GovTech’s AI Programme, leading multimodal products and initiatives. The AI Programme contributes to the scaling up of AI adoption across the Government, and enable builders to develop AI solutions more quickly.
