Usui Reiki Level 1

​Join Sheena Dennise for Usui Reiki Level 1, an inviting introduction to a healing practice that many people now know as Reiki, but that has roots in older traditions around the world. In different cultures, similar methods have been practiced for generations under names such as laying on of hands in the African diaspora, reminding us that the use of touch, intention, and energy for comfort and restoration is a universal tool. This training will be held over two separate four hour days.

​This first session held on April 16th is a chance to begin learning the foundations of Reiki in a warm, accessible setting. Whether you are curious about energy work, seeking a deeper connection with your own hands-on healing practice, or simply ready to explore something nourishing and meaningful, this session offers a thoughtful place to start.

​Come ready to learn, ask questions, receive your attunement and take the first step into a practice that has helped millions people reconnect with themselves for centuries.

​Part Two of the training takes place on April 30th at 12-4pm. This is to create space for practice time and integration.
