About Event
Nick Fox and Loralee Pasley will be facilitating a Wim Hof and Breathwork retreat at the Hokyoji Retreat Center in southern Minnesota. These retreats are meant to be a break from your schedule to spend a weekend in a comfortable and quiet corner (literally) of Minnesota to reconnect with yourself. This weekend will be relaxing, healing and informative! . There will be dancing and hiking with deliberate cold exposure, Wim Hof Breathwork and Cold Water Immersion, Yoga, and a Neurodynamic Breathwork Journey. Healthy meals and lodging!
