About Event

Building a consumer product is different from building a tech-based product. This three-part, hands-on series is your roadmap from concept to growth. Designed in partnership with Listen Ventures investors, a CPG powerhouse in the VC space, the series covers:

(Tuesday 10/21) Session 1: Set the Scene:
Understand the consumer landscape, learn what makes a successful CPG business, and audit your own strengths and gaps.

(Tuesday 11/4) Session 2: Zoom In:
Deep dive into consumer insights, low-cost product testing, and brand-building strategies that get you in front of the right audience.

(Tuesday 11/18) Session 3: Zoom Out:
Learn what scaling really looks like, from wholesale and distribution to working capital, inventory, and exits.

Each session will include interactive exercises, founder guest speakers, and downloadable resources. Following the three-part series, join for optional electives and office hours on fundraising, brand strategy, buyer outreach, and more.

Priority will be granted to those who can commit to all 3 sessions.
