​​I’m Ileana Marcut, a Product Strategist and UX Designer with over 15 years of experience in design, product, and digital innovation.

​​I’m the founder of Creative Glue Lab, a Berlin-based product design and development studio, where I combine UX, strategy, and AI to help teams move from uncertainty to direction.

​​I’m passionate about AI and how it changes the way we think, design, and make decisions.
