The Ripple Continues. The InNav Exchange is a quarterly gathering designed to bridge the gap between Chattanooga’s established leaders and its rising builders. Our mission is simple: to move beyond passive networking and into active sponsorship.
In an increasingly AI-driven world, human connection remains our greatest competitive advantage. This May, we are gathering over lunch to practice the "Give to Gain" philosophy—opening doors, sharing "common grounds," and intentionally lifting the next generation of leaders.
The "Sponsor-a-Seat" Initiative: This quarter, we are challenging our executive community to take action. When you register, we encourage you to use the "Sponsor-a-Seat" bundle—one ticket for you, and one for a rising leader or "builder" in your organization or network.
