​We're so excited to invite the women builders of SF back to LuxFit for another outdoor weightlifting workout! This time, it's spooky themed 🎃 👻

Women Who Lift SF is partnering with Bain Capital Ventures and LuxFit SF to bring you the second ever Lift & Brunch! This Lift & Brunch is for founders & builders based in San Francisco 🌉

The event is intended for women & non-binary individuals and the goal is to help you build muscle, learn good form and meet other builders in the city 🏋️‍♀️

There will be a mix of compound lifts & functional movements, along with coffee & bagels provided by Bain Capital Ventures after the workout ✨
