Notion Build Challenge & Community Showcase
Are you a student, developer, or young builder interested in building with Notion?
Join the Notion Build Challenge and create something useful, creative, or fun using the Notion Developer Platform and Python.
This challenge is part of our Notion campus community activity in Uganda and is connected to PyCon Africa, which is being hosted in Uganda this year.
🚀 The Challenge
Build a project that interestingly uses Notion.
You can explore the Notion Developer Platform and Python to create a tool, workflow, integration, automation, or any other creative project that solves a real problem.
You don't need to build something huge. We want to see what you can create when you combine your ideas, Python, and Notion.
🎤 Community Showcase
After the build period, selected participants will present their projects during our in-person community showcase.
Each participant will have an opportunity to explain:
What they built
The problem they wanted to solve
How they used Notion
How Python contributed to their project
What they learned while building
🏆 Prizes
Winning participants will receive PyCon Africa tickets.
The goal is to help students in our Notion community who may not otherwise be able to afford a conference ticket attend PyCon Africa, meet other developers, learn from the community, and experience the conference.
👥 Who can participate?
This challenge is open to students and young builders interested in Notion, Python, software development, productivity, and building useful tools.
You don't have to be an expert. The focus is on learning, experimenting, and building.
